The brief

Neo Tokyo came to us with a simple question: how do we stop looking like everyone else online? The category was full of the same hero sections, the same stock gradients and the same safe promises.

We started with a blank tab — with field research, references from architecture and print, and a week of pure motion prototypes before a single page was designed.

The outcome

The result is a site that behaves like a place: it reacts, it remembers and it rewards curiosity. Built in Framer with custom code components, a CMS the team can run themselves and a design system that scales.
